While it is a good idea to buy organic fruits and vegetables whenever possible, it is also important to remember that we should wash conventional fruits and vegetables to try to eliminate some of the pesticide residues. One of the simple home remedies for the washing products is using white vinegar.
You can also make the following formula and store it in a sprinkler in the refrigerator to keep it close at hand. (It is not necessary to rinse after.)
• 1 cup of water
• ¼ cup white or apple vinegar
• 2 tbs of pure sodium bicarbonate
• 1-lemon juice
