Simple Tricks to Remove Pesticides From Fruits and Vegetables

We all know that it is important to eat a variety of healthy fruits and vegetables every day. One of the biggest controversies in buying fresh produce is whether or not to buy organic. What many people do not know is that much of the products we eat are treated with chemicals, including pesticides. Some fruits also contain waxes or brighteners to stand out from the others.

Let’s face it, it is not always economical to buy organic products. There is often a significant price difference between conventional and organic products, particularly fresh fruits and vegetables.

The best thing you can do is buy organic products, but if you can not, we share a formula to eliminate the residues of all these bad chemicals. It is very simple.

While it is a good idea to buy organic fruits and vegetables whenever possible, it is also important to remember that we should wash conventional fruits and vegetables to try to eliminate some of the pesticide residues. One of the simple home remedies for the washing products is using white vinegar.

You can also make the following formula and store it in a sprinkler in the refrigerator to keep it close at hand. (It is not necessary to rinse after.)

• 1 cup of water
• ¼ cup white or apple vinegar
• 2 tbs of pure sodium bicarbonate
• 1-lemon juice

Mix all the ingredients in your sprayer and use it every time you buy a non-organic vegetable
