Natural Treatments for Whitening Your Teeth at Home

The way to use this treatment is really easy. The orange is washed and peeled very well, then each tooth is rubbed with the white part of the peel and, after 30 minutes, the teeth can be washed as usual.

NOTE: Do not overdo it in your application. Do it once or maximum 2 a week, nothing more.

Aloe vera

Aloe vera is a very effective and healthy solution for teeth whitening, for this you should simply have a little gel of this plant, which will be applied every day in each of the brushes that is made.

Sodium bicarbonate

The baking soda is very effective in the treatment to eliminate the stains of the teeth, for this you should only add half a spoonful of baking soda to a little water and then brush the teeth. It should be clarified – and keep in mind – that this treatment ONLY must be done once a week, since the sodium bicarbonate used too often can damage the dental enamel, as it has a strong abrasive action.


Did you know that strawberries help eliminate tartar? Just cut a strawberry in half and then rub your teeth for several minutes with it. The strawberry has a similar action to sodium bicarbonate, but with a lower risk index for dental enamel; In addition, strawberries contain special fibers that help eliminate harmful bacteria for our body, being very useful to maintain an acceptable oral hygiene.

Remember that the treatments previously discussed in this article should be applied sparingly, without reaching any type of excess, as our dental enamel could suffer irreversible damages. It is important to clarify that applying these products carefully, infrequently, will help us to whiten our teeth in an effective and healthy way. Never overdo it, please!
