Each Finger Is Connected to 2 Organs: Japanese Method of Healing!

This is a Japanese method that involves the treatment of certain health conditions within 5 minutes with the use of the fingers. Each finger is connected with two organs.

It is a part of the ancient Japanese alternative medicine that is based on the important points of the fingers, which has the ability to balance all the energy in the body. This is vital for the emotional and physical health of your body.

How does it work:

The procedure is very simple: it is necessary to take the respective finger with the other hand with force to maintain it during 3-5 minutes. Take a deep breath then massage each finger into your two hands.

It is completely natural and non-invasive, and involves only your hands – there are no pills, potions, side effects or medical instruments.
1. During exercise, try to relax and focus on the problems you have. Breathe slowly and deeply.
2. Take one finger of the opposite hand and press using the whole fist.
3. Hold this position for about two minutes. You will feel the pulsating fingers, but it is normal.
4. Breathe deeply and slowly, as if meditating.
5. To exercise the whole body, treat each finger with the fist and maintain the pressure for about 3 minutes.
