The Cucumber Diet To Lose 7 Kilos In Two Weeks

The main ingredient used in this diet is cucumber, because your appetite will be diminished and over a long period of time you will feel fuller.

During the diet, you can use these foods

  • 300 grams of fresh fruit.
  • 2 boiled potatoes (not to be fried) or 3 pieces of whole wheat bread.
  • 150 grams of tuna (without the oil that comes with the tuna) or 2 cooked eggs or 150 grams of white meat on the grill.
  • Liquids: water, tea, coffee (without sugar and without consumption of alcoholic or soda).

You can drink the cucumber shake or eat fresh cucumber between meals, or at any time when you feel hungry. You can consume it as much as you want.

Cucumber Diet Menu (for 1 day)

Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs and cucumber salad.

Between meals: an apple, peach or 5 plums.

Lunch: Toasted whole wheat bread and cucumber salad.

Between meals: cucumber shake.

Dinner: Fruit salad (300 g).

Cucumber Salad Recipe


  • 400 grams of cucumber
  • Salt
  • Fresh onion
  • 200 ml of natural yogurt


Cut into small pieces the cucumber. Add salt and yogurt and mix everything very well. Then add the onion and that’s it.

Cucumber smoothie recipe


  • 1 apple
  • Spinach
  • 1 cucumber
  • Ginger
  • 20 grams of almonds and walnuts


Mix the spinach, the cucumber (unpeeled) and the apple. Then add the ginger and mix again.

Almonds and walnuts can be added in the blender too or you can add them later.

When the drink is ready, put it in a glass and drink as soon as possible so that the healthy properties are not lost. The natural cucumber shake prepared in this way is full of vitamins and minerals such as: Vitamin K, Vitamin B, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Iron, Calcium, Magnesium, Fiber.
