Amazing Green Açai Smoothie Bowl

A fascinating relative of our blueberry and cranberry, açaí berries are over-streaming with cell reinforcements (of the anthocyanin assortment, much the same as red wine) and have solid fats. The solidified mash (sold in bundles in most supermarkets) mixes up consummately with different foods grown from the ground for this flavorful smoothie bowl. Best with granola and seeds, and this formula will kick-begin the day or convey you from midafternoon to supper feeling loaded with vitality.

7 Ingredients

  • 2 packs (100 g each) solidified açai mash or purée
  • 1/2 glass spinach
  • 1/2 glass kale
  • 1 medium banana
  • 3/4 glass almond drain
  • 2 teaspoons hemp seeds
  • 1/4 glass granola (we utilized hemp granola)

Join açai, spinach, kale, 1/2 banana, and almond drain in a blender until smooth.Slice remaining 1/2 banana. Smoothie into a bowl and top with hemp seeds, cut banana, and granola.
